Each sachet contains a blend of sandalwood, cloves, cinnamon bark and Borneo camphor.

The sachets also contain a honeysuckle undertone, according to good Japanese custom, to repel moths from products such as silk and wool.

Traditionally, Bochu-koh sachets have been used in the care and storing of kimonos. They are still used for this purpose today, as well as with other fine linens and prized cloth items.
