Support cushions or support cushions are filled with buckwheat chaff, wool or cotton. They provide support for knees, lower legs and ankles while meditating. You can place the cushion under one knee or use two cushions for both knees. The cushion provides support and relief for your back if you have an injury or if one of your legs or hips is less flexible. Also, if your knee does not touch the ground in a meditation position, the support cushion provides sufficient support.
