Find the items you want to order. You can use the search box at the top of each page or use the menu on the left to search for a product in one of the categories.

Once you have selected an item, click the "Add to cart" button. Your product will now be placed in your shopping cart. Please note, this does not mean that the item is reserved for you. you can then pay by clicking the 'continue to pay' button or continue shopping (via the 'continue shopping' button).

To order at the Zen.nl store, you must log in with your account or choose one-time registration via 'direct payment'. Choose a shipping method, accept the Terms and Conditions and finally choose a payment method. Once these steps have been completed, your order has been placed. You will receive a confirmation of your order by email.

VAT

All prices shown include VAT. As soon as you place an item in your shopping cart, a screen appears in which the VAT amount is displayed next to the total amount.

Pay with iDEAL

Anyone with a credit card can pay with that card. The amount will be reserved and only debited after your order has been delivered.

SOFORT Banking is one of the fastest growing payment methods in Europe. Consumers simply pay in their own trusted banking environment. Only suitable for Belgian customers.

Pay with Bancontact

Bancontact (formerly Bancontact / MrCash) has become the favorite payment method of Belgian consumers. MultiSafepay is one of the five providers that can directly facilitate this payment method.
