This pleated Meditation Cushion or Zafu (pron. zah'-foo) is designed for meditation or floor sitting. It is made with pleated sides and is made from 100% Organic cotton. The Zafu is filled with buckwheat hulls enclosed in a zippered muslin shell making it easy to add or remove buckwheat.
