Our Zen.nl Zafu (pron. zah'-foo) is designed for meditation or floor sitting. It is made of exclusive and very durable 100% cotton fabric. The Zafu is filled with buckwheat hulls enclosed in a zippered muslin shell making it easy to add or remove buckwheat.

Half-moon meditation cushions or moon-shaped or sickle-shaped cushions provide a little more leg room and give you enough support to sit upright. The crescent moon provides wide, stable support with plenty of room for your ankles. Especially if you are less flexible from the hips, this meditation cushion offers a solution to sit comfortably upright.

Tip: For the best posture, make sure your knees are lower than your hips.
