Our Zen.nl Zafu (pron. zah'-foo) is designed for meditation or floor sitting. It is made of exclusive and very durable 100% cotton fabric. The Zafu is filled with buckwheat hulls enclosed in a zippered muslin shell making it easy to add or remove buckwheat.
Half-moon meditation cushions or moon-shaped or sickle-shaped cushions provide a little more leg room and give you enough support to sit upright.
